Ingredients
- 5 sheets puff pastry
- 500g sausage mince
- 250g pork mince
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated & washed potato
- salt and pepper
- milk, for brushing
Method
- Preheat oven to 200. Thaw pastry.
- Combine sausage, pork, onion, potato, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and
pepper in a bowl.
- Lay a sheet of pastry on bench. Cut in half.
- Spoon mince onto each pastry half. Fold over, and join the edges
(use a fork e.g.). Cut into 4 short pieces. Repeat for all sheets.
- Brush with a little milk. Bake for 30 min or until golden.
