Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cauliflower, florets
- 1/2 broccoli, florets
- 1 sweet potato, sliced
- garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper
- olive oil
- boiled/poached egg
Dressing
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice
- garlic powder
Method
- Roast the veg with the spices.
- Once roasted, cook the rice.
- Combine into bowl, and drizzle with dressing.
