Ingredients
- 1 eggplant, thinly sliced into discs
- 1 zucchini, sliced into discs
- 1/2 bag quorn pieces
- 1/2 jar arrabita
Method
- Steam zucc, eggplant, and quorn for about 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, construct two layers with arrabiata mixed into
each layer.
- Bake for 30min.
