Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour, sifted
- a little honey
- a little dried yeast
- salt
- 2 tbsps plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- butter & parsley, to serve
Method
- Combine water, yoghurt, yeast, honey, and a little olive oil in a
jug.
- Whisk flour and yeast together. Add liquids.
- Knead, etc.
