Method

  1. Soften onion for about 5 min. Once browning, add paprika and garlic. Cook for 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook on high heat for 5 min.
  2. Add stock and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil for 5 min until the sauce thickens. Take off the heat and stir through sour cream.
