Method

  1. Warm up milk on stove, add honey and butter and combine.
  2. Activate yeast, then add egg, rind, and fruit. Combine flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the yeast and fruit mixture, then add the milk mixture. Combine everything. Cover and leave in a warm place until dough doubles.
  3. Lightly knead mixture, then raise again.
  4. Divide into 16 pieces, shape into balls. Place on baking trays and rest for 30 min.
  5. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  6. Make flour paste, and pipe crosses onto the buns. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and then glaze.
