This is a variant on the cob loaf recipe.

Ingredients

• 9 cups whole wheat flour
• Salt
• Yeast
• 1.5 cups water
• 1.5 cups milk
• 6 tbspn butter
• 1/2 cup leatherwood honey

Method

Combine ingredients, knead, raise, shape, raise, bake.
