Easy Creamy Pasta Sauce

  1. Melt a little butter and water in saucepan. Mix in a little plain flour.
  2. Add more butter and water and flour as required.
  3. Add herbs: thyme, salt, pepper, italian herbs. Lots of herbs.
  4. Simmer and keep stirring.

Mix in with al dente pasta, and some grilled veg.
