Makes approx. 20 pieces.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lentil flour
- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds
- salt & pepper, mixed herbs
- olive oil, hot water
- white rice flour, for kneading
Method
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Mix in enough oil to make it breadcrumb-y.
- Add boiling water till nicely combined.
- Knead lightly with excess white rice flour. Roll out very flat and
cut into nice sized pieces.
- Cook on very hot cast iron pan.
