Makes approx. 20 pieces.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in enough oil to make it breadcrumb-y.
  3. Add boiling water till nicely combined.
  4. Knead lightly with excess white rice flour. Roll out very flat and cut into nice sized pieces.
  5. Cook on very hot cast iron pan.
