Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Sift flour and a pinch of salt into mixing bowl. Stir through sugar. Rub through cold butter. Pour in milk. Combine.
  3. Roll mixture out into a rectangle.
  4. Combine extra butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up, swiss roll style. Cut into pieces. Place scrolls on tray, closely packed. Bake for 15-20 min.
  5. Combine icing ingredients. Drizzle over scrolls.
