  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Sift in flour and stir continuously, until light brown (10 min).
  2. Add curry powder, garam masala, pepper. Stir for 30 sec and remove from heat. Set aside.

  1. Bake schnitzels in oven at 180 C (they should be done about when the curry is).
  2. Saute onions in saucepan. Add potato, carrot, stock, and water.
  3. Simmer for 20 min, until veg is soft. Add roux and mirin and simmer for 5 min.
