Method

  1. Coarsely chop the cauliflower. Roast with curry powder, oil, salt and pepper (1/2 hour).
  2. Rinse and boil quinoa (10 min).
  3. Rinse and boil lentils (30 min).
  4. Combine dressing ingredients.
  5. Combine spinach, grain, cauliflower. Toss in dressing. Serve.
