Notes

This is a general foundation mixture. Add stuff to make it yummy e.g. nuts and other fruit.

Ingredients

Frangipane

Marscapone

Method

  1. Roll out pastry in dish and chill. Bake at 200C for 20 min with extra dish on top to weigh down. Remove extra dish, prick then bake for 15 min.
  2. Whizz all frangipane ingredients together.
  3. Cover pastry with frangipane and bake for 15min. Chill completely.
  4. Beat marscapone ingredients together and cover frangipane. Add berries. Serve.
